Czecking

Once again i visited the only country where they drink more beer (per capita) than in Austria: i went to beautiful Prague for a short trip. Wonderful city, i mean, so many nice buildings to look at, good beer of course, all in all just a little too cold in the beginning of February :-) I also felt quite at home with the local kitchen. Not surprising, as Viennese kitchen was created in huge parts by Bohemian cooks...
And in case you're wondering: that's Kafka in the photo, sitting on top of a guy out of one of his nightmares.

Hmmm, what else. Museum-wise i went to the Mucha Museum. If you have the slightest interest in Art Nouveau, i highly recommend you to go there. Wonderful. If you don't know what i'm talking about, take a look at his work here. I was most impressed by his Medea, but since it's a little depressing/too negative to have in my flat, i bought a poster of Dance instead. Niiice.

Keep on travelling, everyone,

Cheers

2010

It's a bit late for seasonal greetings. Hope you all had what we call a "guten Rutsch".
I'm no big fan of all the x-fuzz anyways. Here's a pic that sums up nicely what happens in December each year:
